If you get this error message, it may help to review the following tips, then try signing in again:
- Your account for the Sprint Family Locator service is separate from your My Sprint account, which you use to manage all aspects of your Sprint phones and services. Each has its own user name and password, and you may have used a different email address for each when you signed up.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Make sure you’re entering the correct parent phone number. Remember that you should have signed up for the service with your phone number (since you’re the account holder), not the number of the phone you want to find. If you did that backward (understandable!), that may be the source of your sign-in woes.
If you still can’t sign in, create a new password.
Remember: If you also have Sprint Mobile Controls or Sprint Drive First, they have the same password as Sprint Family Locator. So if you change one, the other(s) will change automatically, too.
