Trouble signing in

If you’ve hit a bump in the road, it may help to remember these tips and review what you've been trying:

  • Your account for the Sprint Family Locator service is separate from your My Sprint account, which is what you use to manage all aspects of your Sprint phones and services. Each has its own user name and password, and you may have used a different email or created a different password for each when you signed up.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Make sure you’re entering the correct parent phone number. Remember that you should have signed up for the service with your phone number (since you’re the account holder), not the number of the phone you want to locate. If you did that backward, that may be the source of your sign-in woes.

If you still can’t sign in, create a new password. You'll get a text with a link, and click that link to reset your password. If your phone has been lost or stolen (meaning you can't see that text!), get in touch with us, and we can reset the password for you, no sweat.

Remember: If you also have Sprint Mobile Controls or Sprint Drive First, they will have the same password as Sprint Family Locator. So if you change one, the other(s) will change automatically, too.
