Subscription cancellation

Hey – we are sorry to see you go! We hope you enjoyed Sprint Family Locator. Just two questions before you cancel.

  • Are you here to cancel the service, because you are currently experiencing issues? No need to leave, please get in touch with us.
  • Are you here, because you are missing a feature that you would like to see added to Sprint Family Locator? We are always improving – help us out and drop us a line. We value your input!

If you still want to cancel, follow one of the options below:

Are you still within the 15-day Free Trial?

  1. Sign in to your account (www.sprint.com/familylocator) from a browser.
  2. Select Manage Account, then Trial Info, and lastly Cancel Trial Now.

Have you been a subscriber with us past the 15-day Free Trial?

Option 1: Cancel via MySprint Account:

  1. Log in to your MySprint account via www.sprint.com/mysprint.
  2. Follow this path: My Device tab > Change My Services > Remove Sprint Family Locator.

Option 2: Cancel by dialing *2 on your Mobile Device:

  • Follow the on screen prompts to My Account > Manage My Account > Manage your devices > View/change plans and services.

Are you subscribed to Sprint Guardian/Family Essentials, but only want to cancel Sprint Family Locator?

  • Please note that canceling Sprint Family Locator will automatically cancel all other services within the bundle (Sprint Mobile Controls and Sprint Drive First). To do that, please follow one of the options described above.
  •  After canceling the bundle, you can add Sprint Mobile Controls or/and Sprint Drive First back to your account by signing up for each service individually.
